with regard to watching how we are careful about how we talk about others, i would extend this idea to include how we talk to ourselves. one of the ways in which I fail at that is I forget that my self talk will become my child’s self talk (humans wired to mimic —＞ mirror neurons and such). When I mutter under my breath “I’m so bad at this” instead of “I’m getting better at this every day” im reinforcing self limiting beliefs that my kid is going to tell herself one day. 🤷🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
